7 Rules of Behavior

7 Rules of Behavior are designed to cover every negative behavior a child might exhibit. It is recommended that you and your children sign a Contract before implementing the new rules. Take time to introduce the new rules, each Bible verse, and the consequences/jobs you have listed.

When a rule is broken, the child has to recite the accompanying Bible verse and then complete a job from the Consequence Job list. This list has all the jobs that need to be done that no one wants to do such as: weeding the garden, picking up rocks, cleaning closets, drawers, cabinets etc. The focus is on building godly character in our children (and it keeps the house clean, too)!

Finally, if you need help keeping track of what Consequences were assigned to whom, and who is restricted from what and for how long, then the Consequence Chart might be helpful to you.
